Our Terms And Conditions

Thank you for booking your adventure tour with Fresh Adventures. We are very excited to meet you and make some memories during our adventure. We hope that you are able to participate on the adventure tour, but we know that sometimes life surprises us, and may prevent you from attending. If you need to cancel your booking we will follow these terms and conditions.

  • All prices are in CAD. We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wire Transfer or Interac email transfers.

  • A $200 cad non-refundable deposit is due per person at the time of booking for multiday tours.  This is used towards accommodations etc, and is non-refundable to protect us from a loss due to cancellations. With our Lifetime Deposits you can cancel your tour 60 or more days before departure and use your deposit and any extra payments towards any of our tours in the future.

  • Cancellations within 60 days of tour start date cannot be refunded and Lifetime Deposits don’t apply.

  • By booking a tour with us you acknowledge this set of terms and agree to them entirely.

  • We recommend you have travel and trip cancellation insurance in case you need to cancel your tour or have an emergency during your time here.

  • Full refunds will be given for tours cancelled by Fresh Adventures prior to start date, and partial refunds will be given for tours cancelled by Fresh Adventures during the tour, based on proportion of tour completed. It is our sole discretion how these refunds will be calculated.

  • Our tour departures are guaranteed to run, regardless of participation, so you can book with confidence.

  • We reserve the right to remove guests from tours if their behaviour jeopardizes the enjoyment or safety of other guests. Our guide will talk with the person and issue a warning, before taking any action. Removal from a tour is not subject to a refund and any applicable costs will be the responsibility of the removed party.

  • We require a medical questionnaire to be filled out before participating in the tour, and you will need to complete our online waiver before participating. Please read the waiver and make sure you understand it before booking your tour. You can find the waiver here: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5c509894c49ae/web/ If you do not understand the waiver fully please reach out to us for verification before booking your tour.

  • Any costs incurred for emergency evacuations will be the responsibility of the person requiring evacuation. Your guide will decide how you will be evacuated, based on need. Your guide is well trained to make a solid decision.

  • Force Majeure: There may be incidents or conditions that are outside out control and are unusual, which may require us to adapt or modify your experience on tour with us. These modifications may result in additional expenses to be incurred by our travelers. Such incidents and conditions may include highway closures, severe weather, trail closures, weather evacuations, resort or area closures etc. Additional costs incurred by our travelers may include, but are not limited to replacement lift tickets, additional accommodations, activity bookings, meals or transportation expenses. We make every effort to avoid these situations and they are very rare. In the event of such an event our team would do our best to mitigate the additional expense to be incurred as much as possible by choosing the most appropriate option. We will provide a confirmation of trip interruption letter to help you obtain travel insurance coverage.
